As of this fall, I have been accepted into two California medical schools for the class of 2017. In the mean time, I will be living with family in the Lahaina area until I start school again next fall. I graduated (April, 2012) at Pepperdine University- Sports Medicine B.S. / Pre-Medicine. GPA: 3.7. Relevant Coursework: anatomy, general chemistry, biochemistry, organic chemistry, physiology, kenesiology, calculus, bio-statistics, biomechanics, physics (I&II). High School- International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma recipient. GPA: 4.3
Experience
I am a friendly, focused, enjoyable, and intelligible tutor. My specialties are in the sciences and math with experience in tutoring Malibu public and private school students from high school to middle school. I am a diligent and organized student; so I would also enjoy helping out with organizational/study/time management skills, if wanted. My plan would be to go over homework problems, review difficult concepts, prep for tests/quizzes and help with study organization (if wanted). I am also proficient in math, English, history, Spanish (conversationally fluent) and most other subjects. So you could use me for whatever school related help you might need. If I cannot figure out how to answer any questions during the tutoring session, I will call or email your student with the answer after the session and would be glad to answer any questions over the phone, anytime. I am relatively flexible with my hours. If you are in need of a tutor for your student and are interested, feel free to call or email me.
